1. Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of your delivery date. Just make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
2. Condition Requirements
Items must be free of wear, odors, and damage. We inspect every return — pieces that don't meet these conditions won't be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Refund vs. Exchange vs. Store Credit
You've got options. Choose to exchange for a different size or color, take store credit (we'll add a little extra as a thank-you), or request a full refund back to your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
We'll take care of the return shipping costs, but we don't reimburse for the original shipping. We'll provide a prepaid label (likely USPS) for you after you initiate your return.
5. Exclusions
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. These will always be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
